Terms & Conditions 

1. The “£300 Off Choice Funeral Plans” Promotion by Funeral Partners (“the Promotion”) will run from 00.01 on 31/03/2022 until 23.59 on 31/05/2022 (“the Promotional Period”). 
2. This Promotion is only valid at the branches listed below. 
3. This Promotion entitles the purchaser of Choice Plan to a £300 discount off the final plan price when ‘LT102’ is quoted by the applicant either directly via the branch or via www.choiceplan.co.uk.    
4. Direct Cremation Plans are not included in the scope of the Promotion. 
5. This Promotional offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers. 
6. Any personal data captured by Funeral Partners will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Please consult our Privacy Policy online at choiceplan.co.uk/privacy-policy or speak to us if you would like a copy. 
7. The promotional offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, available to over 18s only and no cash alternative can be offered. 
8. Funeral Partners reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or alter the Promotion without notice. 
9. Funeral Partners reserves the right to refuse the offer to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. 
10. Any products purchased as a result of this offer will remain subject to the product’s standard Terms and Conditions. 
11. Applicants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when claiming the offer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
