We would like to say a heartfelt thanks to Paul at John Clark undertakers for arranging the funeral of Ian Mcvey.
Paul was extremely professional, compassionate and supportive throughout the whole process. At such a difficult and emotional time for our family he took so much of the pressure and worry away from us allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to Ian.
His kindness, understanding and attention to detail meant so much to us and everything was handled with dignity and respect.
Thank you for making a difficult time a little easier and for all you did for our family and for giving Ian the send off he deserved.

From the moment they collected my mum from Wishaw General mortuary - within a day - to the care and professionalism we received was exceptional. Every detail was handled with such attention, and they listened carefully to everything we asked for. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

Communication was constant and reassuring throughout, which meant so much to us at such a heartbreaking time. They were especially kind and patient with my dad, who has mobility issues and dementia, and that compassion will never be forgotten.

From first contact right through to the funeral, everything was seamless and exactly as we had asked. They made what could have been an overwhelming process run as smoothly as possible.
